Shipping
Q) Can i choose shipping without a tracking number?
A) Sorry, we only ship using a tracking number. It’s always safer to track your package.
Q) The shipping carrier says item is "Delivered”, but i didn’t receive anything?
A) Please make sure to check with your neighbor, back door and finally your local post office can help you locate your package with the tracking number given to you.
Q) I forgot to fix my address at checkout! HELP!
A) Please make sure you have the right shipping address before you proceed with the payment. Otherwise send us a message as fast as possible so we can edit it.
Orders
Q) I have a design in mind but can’t seem to find it in the store, what can i do?
A) Send us a message and we can customize a special design for you!
Q) I want to send out my order as a gift, can i include a gift message?
A) Absolutely! mention that in a message at checkout and include what you would like to write on the card, our products are already beautifully packaged and make perfect gifts.
Returns & Exchanges
Q) Do you accept returns & exchange?
A) Yes, contact me within 3 days of delivery, and send back the item in its original package within 7 days of delivery. Sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customers are responsible to pay the shipping back fees.
Sizing
Q) What size is the nylon headband and what age does it fit?
A) Our nylon headbands are super stretchy and comfortable! perfect for babies all the way to adults.
Q) I notice there are different bow sizes offered, which size should i use?
A) This is a personal preference! our small bow size is approximately 2 inches, our medium bow is 3 inches and the large size is 3.5 inches. bows that are bigger than that are prepared upon request.
Care Instructions
Q) How do i store my bows?
A) Our hair bows are best stored with cotton filling the loops to prevent the bow from flattening with time, but don’t worry even if it flattens you can always fluff the loops again.
Q) Can my child sleep with the hair accessories?
A) We take pride in the high quality products we design, but supervision is always necessary when children are wearing it. Sleeping with it is not recommended.
